Pick a service, a day and a time, then fill in your details. The first time, you confirm your email with a 6-digit code. If the time is free, it's booked instantly and you get a confirmation email with a calendar entry.

Online up to 14 days ahead. If there's still a free slot today, you can book for the same day too.

Yes. Cancel via the link in your confirmation or under «My account», free of charge up to 12 hours before. To move it, cancel the old appointment and book a new time, or give us a call.

If you cancel less than 12 hours before or don't come, the booked service is charged at your next visit.

Yes, you get an email reminder 2 hours before.

Book a separate appointment for each person, ideally back to back. That way everyone has their own time reserved.

Online booking is currently with Zana. Hikmet also works in the salon, online booking for him is coming soon. Without an appointment, you can drop in any time during opening hours.

The men's haircut is CHF 40 with an appointment and CHF 35 as a walk-in. It takes about 20 minutes, including advice and clean outlines.

The GYAN Classic package with haircut and beard is CHF 65 with an appointment and CHF 60 as a walk-in, and takes about 30 minutes.

You pay in the salon after your appointment, by cash, card or TWINT. Nothing is paid online.

Haircuts and packages have one price with an appointment and a slightly lower one without. With an appointment your time is guaranteed; as a walk-in you come spontaneously and are served as soon as someone is free.

A skin fade blends the sides right down to the skin. A low fade starts low, just above the ears. A taper is more subtle: only the sideburns and neckline are faded short. In the salon we work out together what suits your hair and face.

Yes. A beard trim takes about 15 minutes and costs CHF 20. The traditional wet shave with hot towel, lather and aftercare takes about 20 minutes and costs CHF 28.

A hair wash is included in the GYAN Premium package (CHF 75) and the GYAN Full Service (CHF 90), each finished with styling.

As a rule of thumb: fades and very short cuts lose their sharpness after 2 to 3 weeks, classic short cuts after 3 to 5 weeks, longer hair after 5 to 8 weeks.

Nothing special. If you have a clear idea, a photo of the style you want helps. Otherwise we'll advise you before the cut.

Yes. Every visit with a haircut earns a stamp, and every 12th haircut is free. On top of that there's a gift in your birthday month and a bonus stamp when you invite friends.

Yes. You can order it online and pay when you pick it up in the salon, by cash, card or TWINT, or buy it directly in the salon. You choose the amount.
